Job Responsibilities- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create customer segments and targeted communication strategies.
- Measure lifecycle campaign performance and customer retention metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences.
- Recommend automation and personalization initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer analytics.
- Experience with online products and digital customer journeys.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
