DevOps Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of our web-based applications, API services, and Microsoft SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, assisting with deployment activities, monitoring application performance, and supporting cloud infrastructure operations.
Qualifications:
Educational Background- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related roles.
- Experience supporting web applications and API-based systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with IIS (Internet Information Services).
- Understanding of REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment processes.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with SQL Server backup, restore, monitoring, and performance checks.
- Knowledge of SSL certificates, DNS, domains, and web hosting concepts.
- Experience using monitoring tools and log analysis tools is an advantage.
- Basic scripting skills using PowerShell, Batch Scripts, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Machines.
- Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Basic understanding of Docker containers.
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
- Familiarity with load balancing and high-availability concepts.
