We are looking for a Senior Operations Officer who will oversee multi-branch performance, ensure operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making at the Main Office level.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store branches from Head Office
• Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, stock control, and replenishment standards
• Evaluate store performance and ensure KPI targets are consistently met
• Analyze sales data, trends, and projections for strategic planning
• Implement and enforce standard operational guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations
• Conduct nationwide store visits
• Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 2 years experience in operations, sales, or retail management
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/managerial experience (multi-branch exposure required)
• Strong background in retail operations, inventory systems, and performance monitoring
• Proven ability in driving sales, KPI achievement, and team performance
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for forecasting and planning
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Willing to travel nationwide when needed
