Production Planner - Quezon City

The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating production workflow for multiple products.

Planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily production plans based on requirements driven by demand

• Ensuring the demand planning process is accurate and verifiable
• Analyse production capacity and suggest the potential capacity challenges
• Contribute to the S&OP process ensuring customers’ needs are understood so

• Focus on achieving planning KPIs including customer DIFOT attainment.
• Liaise with Production to understand needs and prioritise operations ensuring

• Drive continuous improvement in the performance of production to meet

• Identifying issues impacting supply and liaising with stakeholders.
• Managing site purchasing requirements.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• 2+ years’ experience in a planning position in a FMCG environment, not essential for right candidate.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in developing and implementing processes designed to optimise order fulfilment efficiency and effectiveness
• Can do attitude
• Food Manufacturing experience with short shelf life/daily fresh product
• Capacity Planning and production scheduling experience
• A proven ability to successfully influence and mentor people
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
