Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with EdTech experience to spearhead our growth in Metro Manila. Reporting directly to our Singapore headquarters, you will build partnerships with schools, learning centers, and education organizations.This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong sales experience in the education or EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Drive Edufrienz’s presence in the Philippines through strategic sales initiatives, focused on K-12 schools, educational publishers, and learning centers.
- Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with school administrators, NGOs, and academic leaders.
- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Cold Calling & Visits: Engage directly with institutions via calls, presentations, and in-person meetings to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on education trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide clear sales reports, pipeline updates, and local insights to the Singapore team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience in EdTech, education solutions, publishing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with Philippines’ education landscape (K-12, private schools, learning centers).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Track record in cold calling, pitching to schools, and closing institutional sales.
- Highly motivated, independent, and target-oriented.
