Develops unit plans which meets the established MYP Curriculum framework
- Adapts and reassesses units plans to meet specific student needs
- Manages the diverse ability levels of students
- Adapts curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress
- Possesses and continually develops working knowledge of international curriculum
- Assesses and records student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement
- Adheres to the child protection policy of the school
- Communicates with parents and with any all other staff members who engage with students
- Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with school rules and regulation
- BSE major in TLE
- At least a year of relevant teaching experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- With previous IB work experience (an edge)
