I. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the finished products are conforms to the set standards.
- Ensures all pallets to be used are in good condition and weighed accurately.
- Ensure proper handling, piling, and blocking of finished goods.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective workstation.
- Conducts inventory of finished goods before and after of shift.
- Receives instructions for the sequence of items to produce and pack.
- Checks and verifies the pallets to be used.
- Checks and monitors the Bagging output and informs the Custodian, Finished Goods/Leadman, Material Prep. for any discrepancies on Finished products.
- Turns over of reports and assignments to the next shift.
- Conducts 5s.
III. Skills Required:
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge on manufacturing machinery operations.
- Knowledge on MS excel and MS Word Application.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Behavioral Skills
- Displaying good time management skills, including punctuality, and limiting downtime.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
IV. Qualifications:
- College graduate/vocational course.
- Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry and inventory management or any in relation.
