Licensed Guidance Counselor - AMACC Naga

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Guidance Counselor who is passionate about student development, character formation, and leadership growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social well-being through structured guidance programs and counseling services.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from a reputable college or university
• Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) or have passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination
• At least one to three (1-3) years of relevant work experience in guidance and counseling
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Demonstrates commitment to character formation and student leadership development
