Job Summary

The Foundation Program Officer under CPG-RSPo Foundation is responsible for the strategic oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Foundation's flagship Education and Daily Dairy Milk Programs. This role ensures efficient program management aligned with the Foundation's mission and company core values, while delivering measurable educational and nutritional impact.

The Officer collaborates with employees, business units, academic institutions, and community partners to execute programs effectively, manage scholarship disbursements, and coordinate nationwide milk donation initiatives in compliance with nutrition standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Education Program Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of education programs aligned with company Education strategy
  • Establish annual program plans, timelines, and budgets for scholarship initiatives
  • Review and enhance scholarship guidelines, selection criteria, and subsidies to ensure transparency and maximize impact
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes, promote operational efficiency, and optimize budget utilization
  1. Scholarship Operations & Oversight
  • Oversee end-to-end scholarship cycle including application, selection, and renewal processes
  • Ensure timely disbursement of scholarship subsidies in coordination with Finance and Business Unit HRs
  • Monitor scholar academic performance and program compliance; address concerns and exceptional cases with sound judgment
  • Review, consolidate, and verify applicant documents against selection criteria prior to subsidy recommendations
  • Maintain post-subsidy documentation in compliance with finance and audit requirements
  1. Daily Dairy Milk Program Planning & Implementation
  • Lead design, execution, and scaling of Daily Dairy Milk Program aligned with Foundation mission and Sustainability/Nutrition objectives
  • Prepare, review, and organize administrative documents including MOAs, partner profiles, budgets, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with partner NGOs, NGAs, LGUs, CSOs, community leaders, and schools to ensure program delivery meets nutrition standards and food safety regulations
  • Partner with Daily Plant and Marketing to analyze allocation and inventory data for forecasting and operational planning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and maximize program efficiency
  1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
  • Identify and assess risks related to supply, storage, distribution, and program delivery; recommend mitigation strategies
  • Track monthly program performance using defined KPIs (reach, feeding frequency, nutritional outcomes, inventory utilization)
  • Conduct quarterly site visits and spot checks to ensure compliance with program standards and agreements
  • Document best practices, challenges, and program innovations annually to drive organizational learning
  1. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
  • Serve as primary contact for business units and external partners regarding Education and Daily Dairy Milk programs
  • Ensure alignment of donation schedules, specifications, and reporting requirements across stakeholders
  • Support communication between project team and RSPO Steering Committee/Council with timely updates and documentation
  • Support employee engagement activities and represent the Foundation in meetings and company-wide events
  • Collaborate with HR and Investor Relations to create communication materials for Annual Reports, townhalls, employee engagement content, and social media

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nutrition, Public Health, Psychology, Community Development, or any relevant degree in Arts or Sciences
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in development work, CSR, or corporate foundations, preferably in education
  • Proven experience in in-kind donation management, logistics, or supply chain coordination
  • Demonstrated experience working with government agencies (NGAs, LGUs), internal stakeholders (Business Units), and external partners (NGOs, CSOs)
  • Background in public-private partnerships, program monitoring, and evaluation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; Written and verbal communication; Program coordination and stakeholder management; Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration; Adaptability and problem-solving
