We urgently need:

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES

Responsible:

• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts receivables records
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding receivables
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
2. Experienced in Manufacturing Account Payable is advantage
3. Has excellent spoken and written English
4. Detailed-oriented and highly organized
5. Possesses a sense of urgency
6. Has a business orientation and good analytical skills
