Account Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Account Executive to provide frontline operational support in a regulated service environment. The role is responsible for assisting customers with registration, platform access, and basic inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and local regulations.
The Account Executive helps maintain smooth daily operations, accurate records, and a safe, customer-friendly service experience.
This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance and security standards.
In addition to operational duties, the role also supports onsite engagement activities, site visits, and basic marketing coordination to enhance customer experience and retention.
JOB SCOPE:
- Assist partner outlets and address concerns promptly
- Support customer registration, system access, and basic inquiries
- Monitor daily operations and report any system or equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Verify customer information and support KYC/data privacy processes
- Maintain accurate records and report any irregular activities
- Coordinate with supervisors, IT, and support teams
- Support customer engagement initiatives (calls, SMS, follow-ups)
- Assist with social media or onsite promotional activities (if assigned)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- Customer service or retail experience is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of compliance or data privacy is a plus
