Cashiering Supervisor

About the role

As a Cashiering Supervisor at RHD Daiso-Saizen, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the cash registers at our retail store located in Pavia, Iloilo. This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing the cashiering team and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.

• Supervise and coordinate the cashiering team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and electronic payments
• Monitor and reconcile cash drawers, ensuring accurate accounting of all sales and cash flow
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Liaise with store management to identify and address any issues or process improvements
• Provide training and support to cashiers to continuously improve their skills and performance
• Ensure the cash wrap area is well-organised and presentable at all times

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills, with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
