Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and focused Data Processing Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing AI-powered content creation company. The core task of this role is researching targeted businesses on Facebook Marketplace, extracting their contact information, and entering it accurately into a cloud-based spreadsheet.
This is a high-volume, repetitive role that demands speed, consistency, and a sharp attention to detail above everything else.
Key Responsibilities:
- Browse Facebook Marketplace daily to identify businesses actively advertising within assigned industry categories
- Extract relevant contact and business information from listings in accordance with a defined and consistent process
- Enter all collected data accurately into a cloud-based spreadsheet using a set template and standardized format
- Work through assigned industry lists systematically while maintaining a steady and reliable output pace throughout each shift
- Follow the established workflow with precision, completing tasks in a structured, rinse-and-repeat manner
- Flag any issues, duplicate entries, or unclear listings to the supervisor promptly and without delay
- Maintain consistent data quality and accuracy across all entries at all times
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong computer literacy — comfortable navigating websites and web-based tools with ease and confidence
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or comparable cloud-based spreadsheet platforms
- Fast and accurate data entry with a sharp and practiced eye for detail
- Ability to follow a clearly structured process consistently and independently without supervision
- Reliable, focused, and able to sustain high-volume repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent output quality
- Functional written English communication skills — sufficient to understand instructions and flag questions or concerns clearly
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in data entry, lead generation, or web research roles
- Familiarity with Facebook and Facebook Marketplace as a platform
- Experience working in a target-driven or output-focused environment
- Ability to identify and flag data discrepancies or unusual listing entries
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods with minimal check-ins required
