- HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE/VOCATIONAL GRADUATE/COLLEGE LEVEL
- WITH ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING OF DEFECTS AND REPAIR
- CERTIFICATION FROM TESDA OR NCII
- KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING CODES, SAFETY REGULATIONS & PRACTICES
- DEEP ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, POWER GENERATIONS, BLUEPRINT, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR KNOWLEDGE
- WILLING TO ASSIGN AT MALATE MANILA OR PASAY
- Technical Skills:
- Guestroom electrical systems (lights, outlets, switches)
- HVAC units, air conditioning, and exhaust fans
- Pumps, elevators, generators, and panelboards
- Plumbing fixtures and minor carpentry
o Can read wiring diagrams, operate multimeters, and handle safety procedures
o Familiar with preventive maintenance routines and checklists________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications- Certificate in Building Maintenance, Refrigeration & Aircon, or PLC controls
- Experience with hotel systems like:
o UPS, fire alarm systems, or emergency generators
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Good communication skills (with guests, engineers, and housekeeping)
Soft Skills & Work Conditions
- Physically fit; able to lift tools or access ceilings/crawlspaces
- Can work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance requests
- Reliable, polite, and guest-focused
- Team player with a professional appearance
Qualifications/Requirements
✅ Minimum Qualifications- Education:
o TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent (Philippines)
- Experience:
o Background in electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, or mechanical systems commonly used in hotels
