Summary

We are looking for a Growth-Focused "Builder" rather than just a task-taker. This hybrid role is for a proactive operator who can support and help bring structure to a growing business by serving as the right hand to leadership in a lean setup.
This position requires high trust, discretion, and accountability. You will be responsible for building simple processes while remaining a disciplined executor of daily sales operations.
What you’ll be doing:
HubSpot Sales Operations: Create deals following DTConnect and DTCMvp calls, ensuring all deals are captured and progress is recorded. Update deal referrers and conduct consistent check-ins on open deals with the team.

Growth & Lead Generation: Conduct market research and build targeted Total Addressable Market (TAM) lists by searching for individuals in the same company or industry.

Outreach & Sales Support: Organize and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences using StoreLeads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Contract Management: Send MSAs, Pilot Agreements, and other contracts through DocuSign. Ensure signed copies are added to the relevant HubSpot deals.
Executive Support: Review GTM team inboxes and calendars to share daily and weekly updates, ensuring deals are followed up on.
Systems Building: Create SOPs for growth tasks and look for opportunities to automate portions of them.
AI Leverage: Use AI for drafting content, conducting research, and streamlining workflows.

No-Code Automation: Identify opportunities to use low-code/no-code tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
HubSpot Proficiency (Non-Negotiable): Solid experience using HubSpot for at least 1 year is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Specialist, preferably in fast-paced or evolving environments.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, StoreLeads, and CRM management.
AI Proficiency: Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) is required. Skills in or a commitment to learning Claude is a plus.
Execution Focus: A track record of maintaining consistency in daily output and managing repetitive tasks with discipline.
Operational Mindset: Proven ability to operate with minimal structure and a hands-on approach to building workflows.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for professional B2B outreach and documentation.
