Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Technical Sales Associates. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in IT sales and support.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop a strong understanding of technical and scientific products, including their components and how they function.
• Assist in promoting and selling products by demonstrating key features explaining to potential customers.
• Support basic troubleshooting and repair of laptops or other IT products.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any IT-related course or holder of a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any IT field.
• NC II Certificate in Computer Hardware Servicing is a plus.
• Strong interest in IT products, hardware, and sales.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided!

Preferred but not required:

• Internship, OJT, or school project experience related to technical support or IT sales.
