Recruitment Specialist
What You’ll Do
As a results-driven Recruitment Specialist, you will take ownership of sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent for various technology roles. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements within set timelines.
You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle—from collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, up to extending offers to qualified candidates. The role calls for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering quality hires.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of technical roles and skill sets, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role scope, and technical requirements
- Create and publish job postings across appropriate sourcing channels
- Review and assess candidate profiles based on role qualifications and competencies
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, or onsite interviews
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate references as needed
- Endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation
- Manage job offers and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process
- Monitor hiring progress and assist in recruitment planning and budget tracking
- Minimum of 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling technical roles
- Working knowledge of technology, technical functions, and in-demand skill sets
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms, and end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (PHT)
