Sales and Marketing Manager (EV Charging)

About the role

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC.' is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager (EV Charging) to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions business.

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our EV charging products and services
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EV charging market
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
4. Overseeing the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance management
5. Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives
6. Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
7. Developing and managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics

1. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management, preferably in the EV or energy technology industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
4. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software
5. Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
