Marketing Product Manager / Operations Liaison
ROLE OVERVIEW
Serves as the unified gateway between the Marketing Department and the Product/R&D teams. Consolidates fragmented marketing operational requests, defines data/tracking roadmaps, and coordinates the daily support infrastructure of the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Unified Gatekeeping & Intake: Serve as the sole point of contact for all product, technical, and tracking requests originating from internal marketing functions or external ad channels.
- Requirement Structuring & Prioritization: Consolidate scattered operational requests into robust Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Evaluate business impact and establish technical priorities.
- Support Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, asset delivery flows, and task management of the broader marketing support mechanism.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Marketing PM, working at the intersection of growth marketing and product engineering.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies (MarTech), including attribution frameworks and event tracking/tagging.
- Experience writing PRDs and managing technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience working in the online gaming industry is preferred
