Salary: Up to 18,000 to 27,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Effectively resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach
Update and maintain customer account information within the system
Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service in every interaction

Qualifications:

College graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required
Open for CUG, Senior High School or High School graduates also
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools and platforms
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends
