About the role
Byd New Energy Photovoltaic Inc' is seeking an exceptional Electrical Engineer to join our team in Tondo Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is integral to the development and success of our renewable energy projects. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our state-of-the-art electrical systems and infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for our photovoltaic and renewable energy projects
- Ensuring electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues to maintain optimal system performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the electrical engineering field
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Proficient in electrical system design, including the use of CAD software
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
