The Warehouseman is responsible for performing day-to-day floor-level warehouse operations including inbound receiving, checking, picking, loading, and outbound preparation. The role supports inventory accuracy, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and contributes to the efficient flow of goods in a distribution-type warehouse.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in warehouse operations, a forklift license (NCII), and basic computer literacy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:- High School graduate or vocational course completer; additional training in logistics is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a Fast-Moving Consumer Good or Distribution environment.
- NCII-certified Forklift Operator with practical experience in equipment use.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
