- Communicate production status internal customers, providing updates on progress and any potential deviations.
- Production Planning:
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute customer orders efficiently.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor production progress and ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- On-time Delivery:
- Monitor and expedite production line turnover to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Inventory Management:
- Take the lead and be responsible for conducting monthly inventories of finished goods and raw materials.
- Submit inventory reports to the accounting department, ensuring timely closure of any variances.
- Warehouse Management:
- Manage the warehouse, including monitoring safety stock levels and ensuring the availability of raw materials.
- Implement efficient warehouse practices to optimize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Adherence to Standards:
- Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet organizational objectives.
- Delay Analysis and Adjustment:
- Analyze delays and interruptions, adjusting the production schedule accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Issue Escalation:
- Escalate and report complex issues to the Manager for proper resolution.
- Reports Maintenance:
- Maintain reports for production planning activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operation Meeting Leadership:
- Spearhead weekly operation meetings, leading discussions on production planning, progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Concern Escalation:
- Escalate concerns or issues identified within the work schedule to contain potential problems.
