BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SYSTEM INTEGRATOR

Job Description

The Business Development Manager for System Integrator is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company’s system integration solutions and services.

The role focuses on expanding the company’s client base for CCTV systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, auxiliary systems, security solutions, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for system integration services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners
  • Promote company solutions including CCTV, structured cabling, networking, auxiliary systems, and IT infrastructure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams regarding project requirements
  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Attend networking events, business meetings, and industry activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related course
  • At least 3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in system integration, IT solutions, telecommunications, or security systems industry preferred
  • Strong network of corporate clients is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business activities
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure
