Job Summary:

The Account Community Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with HOA clients, managing service schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and acting as a liaison between the operations team and the clients. This role ensures every HOA community receives exceptional and reliable cleaning services, tailored to their unique needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
?♀️Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for HOA board members and community managers.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Attend occasional HOA board meetings (virtual or in person) as needed.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with the operations/cleaning crew based on contract terms and seasonal needs.
  • Monitor upcoming services, changes, or special event prep (like pool parties, clubhouse events, etc.).
  • Manage emergency or last-minute service requests.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conduct walk-throughs of properties to assess service quality.
  • Create and maintain quality control reports with photos and checklists.
  • Ensure the cleaning crew is following scope of work for each community.
  • Account Oversight
  • Maintain updated client profiles, contracts, service logs, and billing records.
  • Track contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service additions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for new communities or add-on services.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Communicate client feedback and expectations to cleaning teams.
  • Work with operations or HR to resolve staffing or performance issues on assigned accounts.
  • Ensure crews are equipped with necessary supplies, equipment, and access instructions.

✅Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits.
  • Comfortable using email, CRM software, and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with HOA operations or property management (a big plus).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is often preferred in Central Texas.
