E-Commerce Graphic Designer

Our client is a well-established multinational beauty and fashion retail group, headquartered in China, with a strong presence across international markets. They are currently seeking an E-Commerce Graphic Designer professional to be based in their Manila, Philippines office (BGC) to support the following responsibilities:

• Designed high-converting visual assets across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, including product images, detail page layouts, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages, tailored to local consumer aesthetics and brand positioning to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
• Worked closely with e-commerce operations and content teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all product listings, platform promotions, and influencer materials, while optimizing existing designs based on sales data and user feedback.
• Managed and maintained organized design asset libraries for efficient retrieval and reuse, ensuring all design deliverables were completed on schedule in line with platform promotion timelines.

Requirements:

• Fluent in oral & written English and Filipino, Mandarin communication ability is a big plus.
• Proficient in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.); hands-on experience with e-commerce.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours, strong stress resistance.
