Supports the Commercial Finance Manager in delivering financial insights and reports to drive retail business performance. Works closely with sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations to monitor KPIs, support pricing and profitability, and guide strategic decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports (revenue, margin, variance).
• Monitor sales, margins, foot traffic, and other retail KPIs.
• Support pricing, promotions, and discount impact analysis.
• Provide financial models and scenario analysis for new products or store expansion.
• Analyze stock performance and optimize markdowns.
• Track customer behavior and product profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with controls.
• Collaborate with teams to improve financial processes and visibility.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, cost-saving efforts, and risk analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Accountancy graduate.
• CPA is preferred, but not required.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or retail finance.
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)
• 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm
