Job Description

• Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
• Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
• Oversees manufacturing and materials departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.
• Review and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
• Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
• Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
• Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred but not required.
• 10 plus years of progressive experience in production operations, footwear manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, export, assembly or supply chain management.
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (Budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
• Familiarity with technology trends and solutions relevant to operational efficiency and staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, and senior management.
• Ability to travel as required.
• The candidate must be from or willing to be assigned in the City of Carmona,Cavite.
