We are looking for proactive Sales & Marketing Manager who is responsible for overseeing and supporting business growth through effective campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. Experienced in managing brand and retail marketing activities, coordinating with external partners and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and business operations.
Demonstrates strong skills in communication, collaboration, and strategic planning to help improve brand visibility and overall sales performance.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or any related field
- At least three (3) years of managerial experience handling Sales and Marketing operations, brand campaigns, promotions, events, or retail marketing
- Proven track record in increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance through effective marketing initiatives
- Experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns, mall activations, seasonal promotions, and brand events from conceptualization to post-evaluation
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms, social media management, content planning, and paid advertising strategies
- Capable of analyzing sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Experienced in coordinating with suppliers, malls, creatives, agencies, and cross-functional departments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and to work extended hours during major campaigns and events and travel when necessary
