Civil Engineer / Architect

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and manpower
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Assist in project scheduling, material planning, and work sequencing
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily / weekly reports
• Coordinate with Project Manager and consultants on site issues
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and housekeeping standards

• Open positions include Project Supervisor, Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, QA/QC Engineer, Site Architect, Project-in-Charge, and other related construction roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
• At least 2+ years experience in a construction industry
• Experience must be specifically in civil/structural/architectural projects
• Experience in high-rise residential is an advantage
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in Pampanga, Las Pinas, and Laguna
• Must be willing to work anywhere in Luzon as required
