Production Manager

About the role

This is a full-time permanent position within our growing team at Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp.

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet sales targets and customer demands
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control
3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across the organization
5. Oversee the training and development of production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
6. Continuously seek ways to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

1. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry, or paper-mill industry
3. Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as foster a culture of continuous improvement
6. Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga
