Job Summary

The Fulfillment Staff is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, labeling, inventory handling, and preparation of shipments. The role supports efficient warehouse operations and helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Pick products accurately according to packing lists and work orders.
• Pack items securely and professionally for shipment.
• Label and prepare packages for delivery or dispatch.
• Verify product quantities, specifications, and order accuracy before shipment.

• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct inventory counts and stock checks.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow warehouse procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products and equipment.
• Support stock replenishment activities.

• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
• Ensure packaging meets company standards.
• Verify all required documents and shipping labels are complete and accurate.

• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly use warehouse tools and equipment.
• Report safety hazards, incidents, or accidents immediately.
