About the role
PenserQ Multimedia is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately support the overall marketing objectives of our organisation.Based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, this role will play a crucial part in the success of our digital and search marketing efforts.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future planning
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimise our online presence
- Manage and coordinate the work of any social media assistants or external agencies
- 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
- Excellent understanding of the different social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling and on-brand content
- Experience in running successful social media campaigns and a track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into the overall marketing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
