Muntinlupa - Attorney or Paralegal – Contract Management Team

We are seeking a Licensed Attorney or Experienced Paralegal with a legal background to join our Contract Management Team in support of a 10–12 week project. This position requires you to be either a licensed attorney (in any jurisdiction) or to have successfully completed a paralegal training or certification program.

You will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and managing U.S.-based commercial agreements, including SaaS, IT, and professional services contracts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a corporate contract management environment and must be comfortable supporting U.S. legal and procurement teams during Central Time (CST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, redline, and draft commercial contracts using client-approved templates
  • Support B2B agreements including software, licensing, technology, and services contracts
  • Ensure compliance with internal clause libraries, legal templates, and company policy
  • Work within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems such as Coupa CLM, Ariba, or Ironclad
  • Collaborate with in-house Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to clarify or negotiate contract terms
  • Maintain accurate contract metadata, documentation, and audit trail in client systems
  • Identify and flag contract risks or process inefficiencies
  • Support intake, triage, and prioritization of incoming contract requests
  • Adhere to CST (U.S. Central Time) hours to ensure alignment with client operations
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney (any country) OR have completed a certified paralegal program
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting U.S.-based commercial contract review
  • Experience working in a corporate legal department or contract management team
  • Proficient with CLM tools such as Coupa CLM, Ariba, Ironclad, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. legal terms, commercial law, and standard agreement structures
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies
  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance regulations, IP, and data privacy clauses
  • Exposure to procurement operations or legal operations environments
