BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE 7 KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to handle key accounts and client relationships
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Customer Service Management
Oversee customer service operations and ensure excellent client experience
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop customer service policies and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions when needed
Key Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts
Ensure client retention and long-term partnership growth
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations
