Supports the company in administration, operations and execution of marketing strategies and promotional plans of the Business Development Department.
Marketing Operations:- Identify potential clients, update database in all industries and initiate contact for possible presentation of Accounts
- Marketing of Wizard of ADS Inc. in social media, print and direct marketing within its target market
- Execution & processing of outbound content blasts, email blasts, text blasts and other online seeding campaigns
- Handling & processing of inbound messages and traffic whether online (email, website, social media) or offline (text or fax)
- Content creation like articles and/or press releases for corporate PR efforts such as Social Media and other online efforts
- Assist in Canvassing and supplier sourcing in coordination with Supply Chain Management Department in Sales and Event related projects
- Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s internship program
- Facilitates orientation to the newly accepted interns
- Responsible for assigning and managing the day-to-day activities of interns
- Evaluating intern performance.
- Ensure the continuous pool of interns in the office by sourcing and inviting students to join the program.
- Assists Managing Director and Account Supervisor in assigning of accounts/projects from inquiries social media, email and phone calls inquiries.
- In charge of over-all Client Database Management for the Accounts Department
- Database management of potential expo or exhibits for the year.
- Joins and takes down minutes of Staff and Accounts progress and sales review meetings
- Encodes/files all approved Projects of Sales performance (Manila/Cebu)
- Attending meetings WITH immediate supervisors ONLY during conceptualization as well as the execution of the projects. Cannot attend meetings in behalf of any Accounts Team, but only in the ff scenarios:
- Absence of account person due to sickness or
- conflict of schedule of the Account Manager only with the approval of the Managing Director and/or Account Supervisor.
- The Account Support Specialist may be assigned to lead ingress/egress of fabrication and events if the Account Manager may not be available due to the ff reasons only:
- Absence of account person due to sickness or
- conflict of schedule of the Account Manager only with the approval of the Managing Director and/or Account Supervisor.
- The Account Support Specialist may be tapped to lead projects (fab/events) in the absence of the Account Manager due to the ff reasons only:
- Absence of account person due to sickness or
2 conflict of schedule of the Account Manager only with the approval of the Managing Director and/or Account Supervisor.
