- Has 2-4 years experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Capable of conducting long working hours and have the stamina for extended hours of strenuous, physical office and field work.
- Capable of handling supervisory task and a good sense of authority.
- Have the personality and the right attitude to deal with subordinates.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
- Physically and mentally fit
