Trucking Supervisor Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor daily trucking operations.
- Plan and schedule truck deployment based on operational requirements.
- Ensure efficient utilization of rented trucks and drivers.
- Monitor trip schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and other departments regarding trucking requirements.
- Control and monitor overtime to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit trucking operation reports.
- Other duties & responsibilities are indicated in the Job Description
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a trucking, transportation, or logistics company
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Able to work within deadlines and manage time effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and results-driven
