Trade Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
- Manage and distribute point-of-sale (POS) materials such as displays, posters, shelf talkers, testers, and promotional kits.
- Monitor in-store merchandising, product visibility, shelf placement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct store visits and gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Track and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and trade marketing reports for management review.
- Support new product launches by coordinating promotional activities and ensuring product availability.
- Monitor trade marketing budgets and assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and external agencies to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of trade promotions, campaign results, and marketing assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve retail execution and increase product sell-through.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, marketing, or FMCG/beauty industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in sales reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of retail merchandising, promotional activities, and distributor operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with modern trade, supermarkets, drugstores, department stores, and e-commerce channels is an advantage.
