Process Engineering Assistant Manager (Textile process)
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineering Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at ZAMA Precision Industry Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. As a full-time member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our textile manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate activities related to the realization of textile products, including defining process flow, conducting risk assessment via FMEA, creating samples, releasing equipment, and corresponding documentation.
- Coordinate and plan activities related to process and production line improvements, including time and motion studies and layout optimization.
- Identify and report operational and maintenance issues to prevent production delays.
- Propose and participate in cost-reduction activities related to design, materials, and processes.
- Ensure that customer requirements for delivery and quality are met.
- Supervise employees to ensure tasks are carried out effectively to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative support to top managers in the organization.
- Plan and, if possible, conduct training sessions for staff and other team members to enhance performance and quality delivery at all times.
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- At least 5 years of related experience in the textile manufacturing industry and personnel management.
- Experience in process engineering for textile products or similar fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in reporting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Engaged and goal-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office software
