Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Oversight

Manage all operations in Central Luzon, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Administrative Management: Supervise daily administrative functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Client Interface

Engage with clients regularly to address needs, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Project Monitoring: Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, including monitoring on weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Cost Estimation

Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects.

Qualifications:

Skills: Exemplary proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating complex cost estimates and reports.
Experience: Strong background in operations management, with experience in both administrative and client-facing roles.
Location: Preferably a resident of Pampanga, as the office is located in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Availability: Willing to work Monday to Friday, with additional work on weekends and holidays as required for project monitoring.
