The Company Nurse of CW Home Depot will implements health/medical services and compensation and benefits of employees
- Ensures that newly hired employees are fit for employment based on pre-employment medical report results
- Conducts nursing health assessment among personnel and ensure that they are fit to report
- Monitoring, safekeeping and dispensing of medicines and medical activities/equipment
- Provides first aid treatments injuries, accidents and other health related illnesses
- Facilitates health and wellness programs for employees
- Maintains accurate nursing and medical records
- Implements annual medical examination and drug testing of employees
- HMO process, SSS sickness, EC reimbursement and Philhealth matters
- Perform other HR tasks assigned from time to time
We are looking for someone with:
- Graduate of BS Nursing, must be a Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must have at least experience in clinical or occupational health nursing
- Must have undergone training of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- With knowledge and understanding of DOLE health and safety regulations (RA 11058), first aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- With good communication skills both verbal & written
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.
