OFFICE SECRETARY
Job Description:
- Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare, type, edit, and file documents, reports, letters, and other office communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities.
- Receive and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding administrative requirements.
- Support management and staff in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior High graduate or College graduate of any course
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive work attitude.
- Must have good written and communication skills; English & Tagalog
- Must be Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, PDF)
- With strong Personality.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knows how to drive motorcycle w/ valid driver’s license or at least nonprofessional driver’s license is a plus factor.
