OFFICE SECRETARY

Job Description:

  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, type, edit, and file documents, reports, letters, and other office communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities.
  • Receive and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, deliveries, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding administrative requirements.
  • Support management and staff in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Senior High graduate or College graduate of any course
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive work attitude.
  • Must have good written and communication skills; English & Tagalog
  • Must be Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, PDF)
  • With strong Personality.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knows how to drive motorcycle w/ valid driver’s license or at least nonprofessional driver’s license is a plus factor.
