The key responsibilities of the Assistant Brand Manager:
- Support in development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth, awareness, and engagement for the coffee category.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from new product development and pricing strategies to innovation projects.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and refine brand and product positioning.
- Drive the creation of brand assets and communication tools such as packaging, digital content, in-store displays, and marketing campaigns.
- Measure brand performance through key metrics and leverage insights to enhance market share and drive profitability.

Must-have Qualifications of a Assistant Brand Manager:
- At least 3 years of strong Brand Management experience within the F&B or FMCG (Food) industry
