Analyze and define control requirements for AC-DC and DC-DC converter systems
- Design and develop control architectures and firmware for advanced power electronics topologies
- Develop and validate mathematical models and simulation frameworks for control systems
- Implement control algorithms using model-based design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink)
- Conduct functional testing and validation of control strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve digital control-related issues, particularly in new product introduction (NPI) phases
- Perform design reviews for hardware and firmware implementations

A successful Principal Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in power electronics or switch-mode power supply (SMPS) design
- Strong expertise in simulation tools such as MATLAB, PLECS, PSIM, Simetrix/Simplis, or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of control systems and mathematical modeling
