Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and professional Sales Associate to join our team in Cebu City. You will represent our brand, engage with high-value clients, and provide personalized service to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years college education / College Graduate
- Proven experience in sales, specifically with luxury brands
- Has a pleasing personality, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills
- Capable of driving a 4-wheeled vehicle; preferably with a valid driver’s license
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Goal-oriented, confident, and trustworthy
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers with high-quality service, guiding them through our range of products especially to the features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features, materials, and brand heritage to effectively communicate value
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
- Perform client visits or deliveries when required (must be able to drive)
- Maintain the premium presentation of displays and sales area
