As a Digital Ad Product Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of programmatic advertising strategies that boost performance and revenue. Your work will span deal negotiations, platform activation, operational refinement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive global results.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising in an agency, trading desk, ad tech, or publisher setting.
  • Deep understanding of PMPs, Preferred Deals, PG deals, and programmatic trading.
  • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (e.g., Xandr, Amazon, Beeswax) and SSPs.
  • Proven deal negotiation skills and ability to cultivate strong industry relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for performance data interpretation.
  • Excellent project management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
  • Innovative thinker eager to propose new ideas.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and results-driven attitude.

Your Daily Tasks

General Overview:

  • Develop and detail digital and social advertising capabilities that drive revenue and performance.
  • Source, negotiate, activate, and optimize programmatic deals.
  • Contribute to the overall ad product strategy.
  • Understand the programmatic ecosystem and its role in revenue growth.
  • Refine go-to-market strategies and optimize operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations stakeholders to drive business goals.
  • Combine programmatic expertise with a product-focused mindset.
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate PMP, Preferred, and PG deal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Strategic Growth to negotiate deals with publishers and partners.
  • Manage publisher and platform relationships to secure premium ad inventory.
  • Ensure proper setup, activation, and trafficking of deals in DSPs (e.g., Xandr, Amazon, Madhive, Beeswax).
  • Monitor deal performance and troubleshoot delivery issues.
  • Optimize deals for efficiency and scale aligned with business goals.
  • Align deal strategies and product goals with Campaign Management leads.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, publisher inventory opportunities, and deal structure changes.
  • Recommend improvements to programmatic deal strategies and workflows.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Tag Management Responsibilities:

  • Vet and assess technical functionality of digital tracking tags (e.g., pixels, verification tags, measurement tools) across DSPs, SSPs, and publisher platforms.
  • Build and maintain a centralized repository of approved digital tags, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent tag performance across display, video, and CTV platforms.
  • Collaborate with media partners and platforms to validate tracking support.
  • Lead the creation of a scalable tag capabilities program.
  • Document processes and conduct periodic audits to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Serve as the internal expert on tag capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams.
