CAD Operator - Overhead Catenary System (OCS)

Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to the following:

• Create 2D CAD layout plan for the OCS in accordance with the design intent/ approved materials/ equipment's for the project.
• Prepare the view template/ sheet view for the CAD drawings.
• 2D CAD drawings of OCS shall in accordance with the design development
• 2D CAD drawings shall be reference to the correct geo-referencing or project coordinate system.
• The OCS drawings shall contain the relevant information for OCS BIM Modeler to convert as the asset information.
• Perform Quality check within OCS layout drawing prior submit to OCS Engineer for review.
• Update & revise the OCS drawing commented by OCS Engineer
• Sharing the latest version of 2D CAD OCS drawing to OCS BIM Modeler to prepare the OCS BIM model for Coordination purposes.
• To follow the schedule and due dates for Design drawings deliverables set by Subsystem Manager/ engineer.
• Any updated & Revised of the OCS drawings, shall inform the OCS BIM Modeler to update and revised accordingly.
• Updates of “as-constructed” condition in the final OCSCAD drawing for deliverables, including the validation by the Civil Contractor at the end of the construction work before the handover
• The OCS As-Built drawings shall inform OCS BIM Modeler to update and revised accordingly.
• Prepare OCS As-Built drawings for approval and handover.
• Update OCS Engineer & Manager about the work progress

• Bachelor’s degree in drafting, Architecture and Engineering
• Additional courses in CAD software.
• Practical experience with CAD software.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction.
