Be part of our client's team as a Customer Success Associate and ensure every customer receives outstanding support across multiple Freightos platforms. You'll assist clients, resolve issues, and drive engagement-all while collaborating with global teams to transform the freight and logistics industry.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service for international or English-speaking clients
  • 1-3 years of experience in freight or logistics (mandatory)
  • Full professional English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Intercom, Zoho, and Salesforce, with adaptability to new tools
  • Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative to act proactively
  • High attention to detail with ownership of cases until resolution
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes, tools, and features
What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist customers in navigating Freightos platforms and processes
  • Deliver excellent support via chat, phone, and email in fluent English
  • Resolve inquiries across Marketplace, Enterprise, Terminal, and other platforms
  • Monitor customer activity, follow up on open issues, and prevent disengagement
  • Provide resources and education to empower customer self-service
  • Collect and share customer feedback to enhance processes and experiences
  • Collaborate with global colleagues across time zones
  • Follow assigned shift rotations, including evenings and public holidays
  • Maintain professionalism and reliability in a remote setup
