As part of our continued partnership with one of our valued clients, we're hiring a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Data Operations Manager to join our growing Client Engagement team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing CRM systems, maintaining high-quality business data, and supporting lead generation through accurate market intelligence. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business has reliable, well-structured data that supports client engagement, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CRM & Data Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of CRM data quality, market research, and data operations while supporting business development, AI-enabled initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
CRM & Data Management- Own and manage customer, prospect, organisation, and contact records within HubSpot, ensuring data remains accurate, complete, and up to date
- Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, integrity, and consistency across all business records
- Perform regular data cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities to ensure reliable business information
- Review CRM records created by the Business Development team and ensure all required fields are accurately completed
- Develop and maintain data standards, governance processes, and best practices
- Work closely with senior management to develop target market strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Research organisations, industries, stakeholders, and key decision-makers to support new business opportunities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for Business Development campaigns
- Support lead generation initiatives through customer segmentation, reporting, and market intelligence
- Maintain accurate market mapping and access plans to support business development activities
- Generate CRM reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making
- Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyse customer and market data to provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure CRM data supports effective campaign tracking and client engagement reporting
- Support the implementation, adoption, and optimisation of AI-enabled tools, CRM enhancements, and data management solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM workflows and user adoption
- Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and system procedures
- Continuously evaluate new technologies that improve data quality and business performance
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support commercial objectives
- Promote best practices in CRM usage, data governance, and information management
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and business processes
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Previous experience in a CRM, Data Operations, Data Management, or Sales Operations role
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Experience supporting lead generation, customer segmentation, and business development initiatives
- Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled systems, automation tools, or CRM enhancements
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and CRM best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with experience producing reports and business insights
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a growing team
- Experience within healthcare, NHS, or other complex public sector environments is advantageous
- Willingness to work in UK business hours
- Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
